How can I get a price for a product?
All prices listed on our website are for UK based customers and Trade professionals. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT @ 20%. For custom pieces, please contact us directly. For all enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, you can use the ‘Wishlist’ tool on the website or please contact us directly. Prices are based on the different wiring and regulatory requirements for your country. Our regional representatives will also be able to quote prices and shipping costs.
Do you offer Trade discount?
Yes, we offer Trade discount to industry professionals. Please contact our sales team to enquire about our discount structure.
We offer our products in a variety of finishes. We are able to offer special orders/ custom products to order. However, not all finishes are available with every product. Please enquire for further details!
Do you supply finish samples?
We are able to supply samples of all our standard finishes. The samples can be purchased through our online shop or please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .The costs are fully refunded if an order is subsequently placed.
Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom at our London Studio. However, you are able to visit, by appointment only, and we will arrange to show you a specific product along with relevant finishes and samples.
Can I change the finish or customise the dimensions of a product?
Tom Kirk Lighting products are offered in a variety of different sizes and finishes. In addition to our standard range of products, we offer a comprehensive commissioning service- designing and producing light fittings for a range of applications. Please let us know if you have any custom requirements. All items with a solid stem are treated as custom items. We would require a ‘total drop’ measurement to be able to supply the fixture to the correct height. This is the measurement from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture.
North America and Canada -UL Listing.
The majority of our standard Products are cULus Listed for use in the USA and Canada. The current exceptions are the Linear Chandelier Thin and our Table Lights. Currently, no products are UL Damp/ Wet Listed. For some wall lights- the Flute [excl. XL] and GS- we supply a special version to comply with the UL standard. These will be supplied as standard unless stated to the contrary. All products are supplied with a 5” diameter canopy or rose to fit standard junctions boxes.
Do you supply lightbulbs with the products?
All orders, worldwide, are supplied with the appropriate lightbulbs, as detailed in our technical PDFs. If there are any exceptions, you will be notified at the time of ordering. Spare bulbs can be purchased through our online shop. Brands will vary from time to time, but typically we supply Osram, Satco or Bulbrite products.
When will the item I want to purchase be back in stock?
Due to the nature of our products and the handmade processes used to produce them, items may occasionally show as "out of stock" or disappear from the site. You can contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for further information on when these items will be next available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is for specialist products and therefore the lead times can vary. As a general rule, the majority of our smaller items- wall lights and pendants are available from stock. Chandeliers, larger items and bespoke/ custom designs take from 4 weeks to assemble and pack. Delivery times are in addition to these times and will vary depending on the final destination. Please do double check our stock levels if it is a time-sensitive order.
All dimensions quoted are for individually boxed products. If an order contains multiple items, we consolidate the order into the most efficient packing volume.
Can you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we are able to ship to any country with an established courier network. Local Duties and Taxes may be applicable; please contact us for further information.
How much will the delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery address. They will be advised when an order is placed.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be sent via an international courier network, with the tracking information provided to you upon dispatch. Packaging is of the highest standard and designed to protect the most fragile items whilst in transit. UK Mainland deliveries are usually shipped on a next day service; International shipments vary according to destination, customs clearance and service level.
